Useless updates

Cycling: back still hurts, the pain has now “shifted” to my right hip…weird pain, but it is still there. So once again I went to Fiesta on the scooter and of course i had to ditch out some of my pain to the group…I received MANY requests to up the speed, which i did and by the time a group had been established all I saw where a handfull of CAT 1′s, some Pro’s and a couple of the faster guys. Average speed was really close to 30mph, with some bursts to 35 and max of 38mph.
Travels: Went to Minnesota to meet my girlfriends family. Got caught in the flooding. I am pretty sure they do not want me back there 
Woke up sunday morning and the backyard had a river flowing through it. Lucky the house is on a plateau. A lot of people were not that lucky, it was crazy to see cars, boats and all kinds of stuff floating down the stream – I could pretty much see this from the living room.
Going home to visit my family this weekend. 24 hours of travelling before I set foot in my house….its gonna hurt, I am starting to HATE flying.
Training: 0 (zero) hours on the bike. Will get back on the bike September 8th. Looking forward to riding from my place + swamis long loop….it might be more thna I can chew on. We will see.
Michael Vick: I hope he gets his bell rung in prision. Deserves everything they throuw at him, good luck douche bag!
