USCycling Denies Downgrade to LeoGrande

I know… sorry… I had to do it…
Wonder if he would opt into downgrading now that he has to race clean (at least not for a while).
If I was Eric Smith I would actually concede it. I know he would be a VERY strong CAT-3 and that is bad news for me… Although I am not sure what that really means….

If this CAT-3 is so strong, why isn’t he a Cat-2
