I was in a front group of about 12 when we went by and say the aftermath of an accident last week.It sucks when it happens but it looked like a small group of people and someone crossed wheels. Last night exploded again too.... I doubt what you have is Shingles. Sounds more like Hives or such from stress. Dude! You stress too much! Gotta get on top of things and figure it out. Believe me! Turns out it was most likely stress that give me a Kidney disease 7 years ago that almost killed me. A lifestyle change (learnin how to chill out!) was the biggest change that came from that.
