Tuesday ramblings

Tomorrow I am on the scooter with Andrew once again. I really need to get my cornering right on that thing, there are 2 turns on fiesta island that I cannot take faster than 30mph. On a bike it would be no problem, just that CHEAPO chinese machine is not built for handling. On that note, I will have her for almost a year and my GAS COST for THE YEAR totals around $36…. THAT’s RIGHT THIRTY SIX DOLLAH!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing, I love this POS.

Yesterday went for an easy ride. I am really going to dial it in for this weekend as I know it will be a VERY hard one. Two days with lots of hills.

Lots going on in cycling right now. I am personally involved with 2 projects. The new site and another project, which involves cycling safety and alternative transportation. It has been quite busy and that is why the pack of updates.

Shortly the other site will be up. It is a huge undertaking, but I am just in the project as an advisor of some sorts. It will take some serious manpower and government will to implement our vision.

I will keep you guys posted.

In the meantime, check out CyclingNutz, sign up and give us feedback. We want to get the ball rollin on it so this is a good time to voice your opinion. BTW, thanks for those who have already signed up – TED. I just read some of your blog. How come you never gave the address out man. Put it out there, its interesting stuff, different perspectives on the racing scene. I want to know what people think of me and I say what i think of other people. I think Ted got it right and that is the whole point of CyclignNutz, advertise yourself there and voice your opinion.

Someday close it would actually be nice to have it be a business niche. How cool would it to be to conduct business with someone you race with? Have bike meetings. I just can’t wait for these days. Have 4000-5000 people to look for if you need anything done…. the opportunities….

OK, I am done, too much crap talking.
