Last friday I went in again to check for my blood work.
Turns out everything, once again is OK.
After last weekend I can now rest up and take off from exercising too hard. I am looking forward to the TTT and ITT in two weeks, but that will be it until December maybe….
Looking for a mountain bike and that will be my ticket to getting in shape. Add some fun into riding and a change of venue.
Fiesta is still on schedule and I hope there is a little bit more cohesion in the group and some speed – of course I need to contribute too, but lately the group has been very large and filled with people that have no business there… sad but true.
Also, bought my GF a bike. We will see how that goes. The timing is perfect as far as riding easy goes. It will give her time to “learn” how to ride a road bike while I chill out.
