Sunday follow up

I decided to put in a big weekend. My goal was to ride 230 miles. I did 30 on friday, 136 on saturday, so i needed 64 on sunday.
Not sure how I got the motivation, but I went out and luckily I came across a group of friends and pretty much sat on. My legs felt like wet noodles. Overall I felt in more control of my mind, but the damage to the body was already done.
last couple of days I have been trying to recover.
