Since I am out of commission with a bad back, you guys know what is going down…

Thats right, LaFonda will be at Fiesta Island World Championships.
Unless someone talks some sense into my head, I plan on busting her out there…. I would really just like to ride my bike, but I am afraid I will not be OK when tomorrow rolls in.
