But I am not looking for results, just good efforts. That is what I base my success on. If I had at least allowed myself to give it a go and then come in 17th, that would have been fine.

I might take time off. Its needed, I just realized that.

		<description>Shoulda stayed home! Gone to Denny&#039;s, had a Grand Slam and read the paper! You are looking for physical issues but it really sounds like it is mental.

Take a month off (Or two! of racing) Try to loose some weight during the time without getting pissy that you feel weak when you get on the bike. Just chill out and get back to it being enjoyable. nobody else is gonna care except you. We ain&#039;t gonna get rich doing this so there is no management team out there pushing you for results!!</description>
