So I put up a rant on socalcycling.com. Most of the people seem to agree with me, but of course there are some that disagree.
That is all good. I can see why a douche has to save up all his energy to make it to the line first. Why a douche, well, the fact that you do that does not categorize you as a douche bag, what does is how you get there.
If you are 40th wheel down and in the last corner you try to make it to the front you might still not be a douche bag, you might be skillfull enough that you wont take anybody else’ line, but if you DO take that line or maybe a couple of lines in that turn?
Well, you ARE a douche bag. And this is CAT-3 racing, so no amount of skill will excuse you from doing that, not on my watch. So if you happen to pull that move in a race from now on, I will call you out and you will make the list.
