Rain, rain and more rain

Sitting here hearing the rain come down… 5 inches in the last 36 hours.
I had some time to go out and ride the mountain bike, but not much. Did some TT type efforts on some of the climbs around my house.
I am a bit worried…30 days from Valley of the Sun and its not looking too good. If anything I am resting quite a bit and I will be able to have 2 really hard weeks before that race but I doubt that will be enough…. right now I am leaning towards staying home. Oh well.
Other than the rain I am working a little bit and enjoying some local food, which for me means I will not loose any weight this year while in Brasil…. I am watching my weight and till now, only a couple of pounds…
Maybe its time to commit. So hard to do with all this good stuff laying around.
Tomorrow hopefully I will have a small window to burn some of that food off.
And one more last thing before I go… I tested positive for CHOCOLATE but I am not sure how it happened…. dang Zirbel, what a stoooopid excuse
