One year after…..

Thats right, it has been 1 year since TJ and I decided to prepare ourselves for the grueling weekend that the San Marcos weekend would be.
For 2 weeks we went back and forth, searching for the best, making sure we would consult with the top of the top and that we would get what we wanted… RESULTS!
That friday we set it in stone. Saturday, I wake up and eat a poppy-seed bagel and have a nice coffee (dont ask me how I remember that). I head out to Del Mar and arrive at my destination.
The COLONICS place!!!!! We were dreaming about 5, 10, FIFTEEN pounds of weight loss. Can you imagine we roll up to the line THAT thin, lean and just ready for the hill.
To make a long story short, all I can remember was the embarrassment of the MILF placing that tube up my ass and the poppy seeds that I had eaten 3 hours ago fly through that tube.
CONCLUSION: If you are an athlete - and by that I mean that you dont sit on your couch all day and eat french fries you will probably never EVER need a colonics. Its a great scam, at least it was for me. No satisfaction, no weight loss and no great epiphany….
I lost 1lb and when we both lined up at the line at San Marcos we were just fucking laughing at each other and wondering that we should had gotten a nice meal for the $80 that we literally threw away.
Oh well, live and learn.

Lets be honest here… the only reason you did it is because you like sticking things up your ass.
no man, i trully thought I would be 5-10lbs lighter…. all a bunch of BS. Plus I had heard that some pros do it to… regularly… go figure…
