Numbers are getting better

Got back from Swamis with a funny feeling. I knew I had a good ride. Short but filed with some brisk moments.

Average Threshold is at off-season’s best: 322w
I have managed to pass my best 10 and 30 minute marks (of season and racing season combined). 301 and 354 respectively. 300w for 30 minutes ain’t that bad, especially in the off season.

In the next couple of weeks I will have to dial my diet in, this is an absolute must if I want to be in any competitive shape for the start of the season. So far so good though.

This week we have the shit Highland Valley ride… I hate that things, but have to do it…
