I hit bottom last week

Last week I got on the scale and holy shit… I had full-blown obesity.

I took some time off the bike and really dialed it down, started eating like crazy. A lot of shit, many times a day and lots of it too. Well, it spread through my body like wildfire.

I could tell something was not right and then I got on the scale… kaboom!!!

197lbs

I felt like a a giant piece of shit so I took some action. Started riding, got on my secret diet regimen and this morning I was down to 191lbs. I think I can drop another 4-5 in the next week and from there on it will be a lot of watching what I eat until i hit the magical 175lbs.

This will be more than doable as i just signed up for the ZOHAN CAT-0 training system. A bunch of really hard winter training sessions. I am serious about this, come February I will rip you a new one….. Mark my words, so help me Sam!!!

    @Javier, I am riding tuesday and wednesday during the week, starting next week. Its a brutal schedule from now till January. Both days start at 5am… one is 2 hours long and the other is almost 4, so I need to sleep the other 3 days. You are welcome to join us (it will be 6-9 guys)
