This might be an ongoing thread….
Yesterday on my coastal ride I saw the first one…. I knew it would not take long, but there it was!!!! The first ROCK RACING kit on the road. Well, at least the bottom half. Now I knew it was not one of the guys cause there was just too much hair on the legs and it had an SDBC top. But nonetheless it was there… white and beautiful. I was jealous 
Today is race day and it is a late one so it will be a long day. I am dialing down the racing and a mountain bike might be on the way. I just need to get the fun back into riding. I was so stressed racing on monday, not good for me and not safe for anybody else.
On schedule are the local races (CBR State and Green Trolley) and everything else is on hold pending the number of teammates in the races. Looked at the numbers for these two races and they are still pretty low. I wonder if the drive for the LA guys is just not worth it. I have always had the notion that if you spend your money on relaxing and getting away so that you can go back to work and keep the productivity engine going, no amount of money (within reason) would hold me back. I wonder what the breaking point will be? $5? $6/gallon? Anyway, enough ramblings….
Season is close to an end and its back to the drawing board. I am going back home in July and the bike is coming with, I am going to leave it there so that I do not have to take it with me every time I make the long trip.
BTW, my mom is coming to town next week, so the win offer is still on the table… LOL
