Fiesta Island World Championships

Cloudy day but very fast pace, at least on paper.
I am getting to the point where I can’t really tell if the pace is too fast or just OK. My computer read 28.11mph and that is very quick over 26 miles.
Reason it has been OK is that I haven’t really tried to do anything. I guess sitting in has been very easy. Tried to sprint yesterday for the finish but there were a ton of people in the mix plus some cars that showed up right before the last corner.
On a last note, I will see how my training will pay off. Its my last chance to see how things might unfold at bakersfield. Paramount I will be racing 3 races so the amount of sitting it will increase as the day goes by.
