fatso back in town

made it back this morning. I dont think I will ever get used to this trip. It is loooooong as hell…..
Alright, refocus. The objective for the next couple of days is to get the back all healed up. Still stiff as a rod, so tonight, Vicodin, Muscle relaxer and aleve. Hopefully I wake up in time to go to work tomorrow.
Next in line is deciding if I race this weekend or not. Maybe sitting in might be a god idea to get the leg speed down once again.
Maybe the week after should be good.. Lareda. Not sure how hilly the hill is there.
I also got Rowing Nationals, which should be fun, but again, i will REALLY need my back for that one.
Right now, 1 day at a time. And for this week, a lot of work to catch up…. a shit load
