Talk about some real wheelsucking!!!!!!! I hate to say this and I might be wrong, but the guys that came form mexico to ride in the CAT 3 race aren’t really CAT 3′s….I am almost positive about that. They got in a break and almost lapped us.
Now I might sound bitter because I missed the break 
, BUT the fact is that thhese guys show up to USCF races and get the money. I a not in for the money, but if you are going to race the “competition”, then race a CAT 1 race….I will ask some people on thursday when we have fiesta island, but for now, I am assuming that these fuckers are elite riders in mexico, so they should ride elite evetns in the US.
Anyway, we all chased hard and we chased for ever. It seems that someone was chasing someone at any given point. Average speed was a tad above 26mph and with the headwind on the backstretch that was quite fast. 20 minutes into it i thought i would not have finished the race, but luckily I did.
