Dana Point – Part 1

Oh the wonders of the internet… they streamed the event on Justin.tv and while doing some work at home and a bit of work work I was able to watch the race.
To get things out of the way.I wasn’t there. I hate the race and will never go back. Its a stupid course and people are retarded when they race there. And yes, I have heard all of the nonsense that comes with that statement… it racing, blah, blah, blah… man up, blah, blah, blah.
Well, I watch the CAT 3, 2 and a bit of the PRO race. The CAT 3 race was a fucking disaster. Huge pile-ups and just not what you want to happen to you on a sunday, especially if you have work on monday. I have a teammate that went to the hospital and I hope that that is everyone’s last DNGP.
The CAT 2 was a better race, but the sprint there was an episode. If I am right, this other stupid La Grange guy bumped a swamis guy so hard that the swamis guy went spinning around on the pavement. I might know who the La Grange guy is. If it is who I think it is, I have almost come to blows with this kid. I guess now we all get a free pass to do that. Next time I see him at fiesta I’ll tell him. He might even be on my shit list somewhere here on this site.
So the PRO race. I only saw the last 10 laps. Huge pile up and on the next lap sure shit, Bahati throws something at a rider in the pack. What an idiot. I am so happy to see hi get the shit that he dishes all the time. Karma is such a bitch… Hope he gets some sort of suspension and don’t even bring up the Jorge Alvarado story cause I am sure he would not appreciate it. Bahati is an idiot and I would bet that that is an opinion shared in the US domestic peloton.
Anyways, thats that for now….
Im sitting on the couch getting fat. Dont miss any racing at all.
