CBR weekend

Short and sweet.
Drove up to CBR with Pat. We were in for the 1/2/3 and the 3.
1/2/3 was a nice smooth race although I got a lot of gravel in my hair from the field roaring on the course. My fault for sitting in the back! I pulled out with 4 to go to spin a bit for the next race.
3 had a good field, a lot of teams with a lot of riders. On paper, SC Velo or Major Motion should have taken the win. Hands down. So I sat in for a bit. It was windy and I wanted to see if breaks would stick. They did not.
Pat went in a break, they got caught and then I went with Bri and a SC Velo guy. I wish i had more juice in me. the SC Velo guy pulled up the hill and it was a tad faster than I wanted to… he did fry me a little bit, but that was the point too… try to get away. We got caught and the lap card went up.
Sat in to recover and try again, but it got really bunched up. CAT 3 races have the fastest final laps… relatively speaking. We will go 20 mph for the whole race and then hold 30 for the last 5 laps.
